Directions for Use of B Protin Chocolate Flavour Powder 200gm

1) Pour 1/3 cup lukewarm water or milk into a cup. 2)Stir in 2 teaspoons (30g) B-protin powder until completely dissolved. 3)Add extra milk or water to fill the remaining capacity of the cup, or taste and adjust as needed. 4)In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients and stir thoroughly.
